All wines are secured and climate controlled in a purpose built facility.

Wines are always delivered in person to either home or workplace to suit buyer. Deliveries on hot days avoided unless absolutely necessary. All wines delivered in strong stackable boxes.

Many wines will be available immediately depending on order. If stock is available, delivery will depend on availability of the buyer. In cases where a specific wine is to be sourced, delivery time would entirely depend on when and if that wine can be sourced.

Almost all wines will be guaranteed for drinking quality. In case of faulty wine, the remaining wine must be returned and a replacement will be offered at no charge. In the case where an exact replacement is unavailable, a similar vintage or product will be offered. Much older or rarer wines may not be guaranteed as they may be purely for collection/display/commemoration purposes and may also be past their drinking age.

All payments are to be made by either, bank transfer, cash or cheque.

All tables are made based on the following variables/criteria.
Construction price will vary with:

•    Type of preferred timber for construction

•    Type of wine box panels used (some are easy to come by, others are very rare)

•    Preferred finish (eg: stain, varnish, water base/enamel)

•    Time frame given to complete project

•    Intricacy of project

•    Size and shape

•    Small (approx 35cm x 35cm) Starting from $150

•    Medium (approx 35cm x 70cm) Starting from $200

•    Large (approx 60cm x 120cm) Starting from $600

•    Extra Large (approx 120cm x120cm) Starting from $1000

•    Custom coffee tables: Two level, glass top, side panelling etc. POA

•    Small 2 level (approx 35cm x 70cm x 100cm) Starting from $400

•    Medium 2 level (approx 60cm x 120cm x 100cm) Starting from $1000

•    Large 2 level (approx 60cm x 160cm x 100cm) Starting from $1500

•    Custom: Multi level, glass top, wine rack, side panelling etc. POA

•    Four seat square (approx 100cm x 100cm) Starting from $1000
